These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and betphil ("betphil," "we," "us," "the Platform"), the owner and operator of the online gambling platform accessible at betphil.club. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betphil platform — including but not limited to the website, mobile browser interface, game lobby, payment services, promotional features, and customer support channels — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the betphil platform. betphil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The date of last revision is displayed prominently at the top of this page.

To create and use a betphil account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum gambling age in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulation is 21 years old. betphil enforces this requirement strictly through mandatory identity verification during account registration.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of betphil, its affiliates, or any game provider whose products appear on the betphil platform.
5. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or PAGCOR exclusion directive at the time of registration or at any time during your use of the platform.
6. You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds sourced from, any third party.

betphil reserves the right to request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) betphil account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. betphil employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts, including the original, will be closed and any balances or pending bonuses forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betphil login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. betphil will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login information. You must notify betphil immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

betphil is required by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You agree to complete the identity verification process as requested by betphil, including submission of government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably required. betphil reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

All betphil accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are expressed and processed in PHP. betphil does not support multi-currency accounts.

betphil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. betphil does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals.

1. The minimum single deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of deposit.
2. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
3. betphil does not accept deposits that have been sourced from illegal activity. Funds suspected of originating from illegal sources will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering laws.
4. Deposits credited to your betphil wallet are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. betphil is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or your financial institution.

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the withdrawal section of your betphil account.
2. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to betphil's verification and fraud prevention procedures.
3. betphil targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within 1–4 hours for bank transfers, during normal operating conditions. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed.
4. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or review of bonus wagering compliance.
5. betphil reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting proof of source of funds, in accordance with AMLC obligations.

betphil offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All betphil bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Most betphil bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier specifying how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
2. Time Limits: All bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically without notice.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games on betphil contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution percentages are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Only one betphil bonus may be active in your account at any given time, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
5. No Transfer or Exchange: Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash, or traded. They have no monetary value outside the betphil platform.
6. Abuse Prevention: betphil reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from them, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of promotional abuse. This includes but is not limited to coordinated account exploitation, bonus hunting strategies, and use of automated software.

betphil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed, except where abuse or technical error is involved.

All games available on betphil — including live dealer games powered by Playtech, slot titles from third-party certified providers, RNG table games, sabong livestreams, bingo rooms, fishing games, and sports betting markets — operate according to the individual game rules published within each game interface or the applicable sports book rules section.

betphil uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live game outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis by accredited testing laboratories to confirm compliance with certified fairness standards. Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers under monitored conditions.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game round, betphil's decision on the outcome of the affected wager shall be final. betphil will endeavor to reconstruct game states from server-side logs where technically feasible. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betphil platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, permanent account closure, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in creating an account for the purpose of circumventing betphil's rules or claiming multiple bonuses
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with betphil games or systems
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in betphil games or the platform — any such errors must be reported to betphil support immediately
• Money laundering or any transaction designed to disguise the illegal origin of funds through the betphil platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing the betphil platform through a VPN, proxy, or other anonymization technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions
• Chargeback abuse — initiating a payment dispute with your financial institution or e-wallet provider for legitimate betphil transactions
• Any conduct that disrupts, compromises, or negatively affects the experience of other betphil players or the integrity of the platform

All content on the betphil platform — including but not limited to the betphil brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, promotional materials, text, and software — is owned by betphil or licensed to betphil by third-party content providers. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betphil platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any betphil content without prior written authorization from betphil.

betphil's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the betphil Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using betphil, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the collection of identity documents for KYC purposes, transaction data for AML compliance, and gameplay data for responsible gaming monitoring.

betphil processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 — the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, betphil's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betphil wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betphil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress, arising out of or in connection with your use of the betphil platform, even if betphil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betphil does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, or network infrastructure failures), and circumstances beyond betphil's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform, for which betphil accepts no liability.

betphil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any betphil account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• An active self-exclusion or PAGCOR exclusion order covering the account holder
• A regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another Philippine competent authority
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is closed for reasons other than violations of these Terms or regulatory requirements, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via the last payment method on record, following completion of any applicable verification procedures.

You may voluntarily close your betphil account at any time by contacting betphil customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect any betphil rights to investigate prior conduct or to withhold funds pending resolution of any outstanding matter.

betphil is committed to responsible gaming and operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. betphil's platform includes the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all members at all times through the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic in-session notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your account from all gambling activity for a chosen period. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen displays showing session duration and total wager amount.
• Account Activity History: Full access to your complete wagering, deposit, and withdrawal history at all times.

Gambling is intended as entertainment. betphil strongly encourages all players to gamble only within their means and to seek assistance if gambling is negatively affecting their personal, financial, or social wellbeing. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and betphil regarding any aspect of the platform, game outcome, payment, or account action, you must first contact betphil's customer support team via official channels and allow betphil a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute internally. betphil will endeavor to provide a final resolution within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal dispute notice.

If betphil's internal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its formal player complaint and dispute resolution mechanism. betphil cooperates fully with all PAGCOR-initiated investigations and is bound by PAGCOR's adjudication.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

betphil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betphil will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account — which may include an in-platform notification, an SMS to the registered mobile number, or a notice displayed prominently on the betphil Login page.

The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. Your continued use of the betphil platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
